The perfect body

So guys
Been talking to this friend of mine
She's been trying to lose weight
You guys probably know who it is

Really... why is she so determined to lose weight?
She's skinny enough
Her height corresponds with her weight
She said that she wants to look good in a bathing suit for summer
Really?
I don't think so
There must be an underlying factor there
Now, i'm not saying that there's a problem
But she wants to lose weight so badly that she goes to the gym everyday
and she also wanted to do the special K challenge
where you can supposedly lose 6 pounds in 2 weeks
Cmon... 6 pounds in 2 weeks?
That's too fast
It's unhealthy to lose so much weight so fast
And also, the challenge was to eat special k for every meal
except for one
Seriously? One regular meal a day?
I mean she exercises everyday
Where can she get the energy from the wheat/corn flakes of special K to restore the energy she loses from exercising?
Also, the challenge says that you can eat the special k snack bars for a snack or drink a protein shake
But how can you get full from that? Yeah the shake might make you full... but when you boil it all down, it's just water
It'll flush out of your system in no time
Furthermore, one snack bar can not possiby quench your desire for food
You most likely will need to eat 2 at least
In those 2 weeks, the cost of going through so many bars/shakes/cereal is totally not worth it

I convinced her to not do it though
Well i just hope she eats normally
I asked her what's her reason for trying to lose weight
Her response?
" I dunno "
Wow... what a great start.
